The event “Emprende, Innova, Comparte” in the framework of the YEP program and ACH´s Entrepreneurship program took place in Madrid on the 12th of April.
The event was a success, with more than 60 people attending from 10 am to 19 pm!
To start, the official presentation was made by Cristina Serrano, manager of the Madrid ACH office who welcomed the attendees and presented the steps taken and the results obtained in the Yep project. Right after that , the company “Apadrina un Olivo” gave an inspirational talk about how to start a business and the participant of the YEP project, Ángela Santos from the “Jara Yoga” company gave a session about mindfulness for entrepreneurs.
Additionally, during the day two workshops were organized as competitions among the participants:
The first was a prototype workshop with Lego, in which a group of participants developed their prototypes on different business ideas, after the workshop and voting, two teams were winners!
In the afternoon, the second workshop was about how to present the business idea through the storytelling methodology, where 18 participants presented their ideas using the “elevator pitch” technique.
In parallel throughout the event, the participants were able to meet other business ideas and prototypes through the Market Place in which 10 entrepreneurs presented their projects.
