On 1-2 December 2016, the kick-off meeting of the YEP project took place in Milan, organized by ICEI – Istituto Cooperazione Internazionale with the support of the Municipality of Milan.
There were all the partners from the three involved cities, Milan, Lisbon and Madrid: ICEI (project leader), FabriQ (managed by Fondazione Brodolini and Impact Hub Milano), the Municipality of Milan – Urban Economy and Employment, Acción Contra El Hambre, Agencía Para El Empleo – Ayuntamiento de Madrid, ALCC – Associação Lusofonia Cultura e Cidadania, Câmara Municipal de Lisboa.
Many topics were discussed about the starting project, for example the activities scheduling, the administrative issues and some questions about communication, which have led to development and adoption of a shared communication plan.
